Roof Cleaning in Hudson, MA

This customer had mold and mildew covering there roof. I went to the roof and applied a cleaning solution on the shingles using a roof pump. This method allows me to apply cleaning solution to the whole roof at low pressure. The cleaning solution is left on the roof to dwell for 20 minutes at which point the mold and mildew is dead. You should never use a pressure washer to clean a roof because the high pressure could remove granules and shorten the life of the roof. It can take a few weeks for it all to fall off after dying. Rain and wind will help it fall off.
